Training on the PowerExporting™ Program is available
in several formats
1.
Company Self-Training [1]
The PowerExporting™ manual format facilitates in-company training
programs conducted by company training staff. Training templates are
included in Chapter X.
2.
Webinar seminars: [2]
In-company training for a single company. Two or three hour Webinar
presentation conducted by one or more American Institute for Executive
Education (AIEE) counselors. Training conducted several months prior
to the exhibit, with a follow-up session just prior to the event.
3.
Small Local Industry Focused Seminars:
Half-day seminar held for a small sized group (less than twelve companies)
sponsored by a local trade group or business association. AIEE staff
can participate via Webinar or in-person. Commerce Trade Specialists
may join this presentation for local follow-up.
4.
Individual in-company training:
Half to full day seminar (4-7 hours) covering preshow preparation, exhibit
activities, and post-show follow-up. Also includes a 2 hour follow-up
webinar conference one month prior to the exhibit. Conducted by two
AIEE professional counselors. Local US Department of Commerce Trade
Specialist may join this presentation for local follow-up support.
Note:
All PowerExporting™ training addresses
the company (companies) current export experience and desired changes,
including the effects of globalization. Training addresses domestic
trade show activities, but include consideration of a company’s
overseas exhibitions and international business plans /goals.
Training
may be supplemented with local US Department of Commerce Trade Specialist’s
participation if company is a Commerce client.
